Metrix — Terms of use

1. Account
Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. The desk may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
2. Market content
Charts, quotes and other market content shown on this website are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use, copy, redistribute, scrape, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the content on this website for commercial purposes without first obtaining the necessary license from the relevant data provider or exchange. Market data shown to registered users is delayed; real-time data is made available only to traders allocated by the desk under the applicable exchange agreements.
3. Trading
Creating an account does not grant trading permissions. Trading on the desk is enabled only by the desk, at its sole discretion, after review and allocation of capital, lot limits and risk parameters. Allocated traders operate with the desk's capital under a separate written agreement. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use this website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, interferes with its operation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
5. Third-party components
This website may include charting technology and branding from third parties under license. Such branding and attributions may not be removed, altered or obscured.
6. Changes
